Annual Tuition

Once your child is accepted, a non-refundable registration fee will be due in order to hold your child's spot. This fee will be applied to your tuition balance.

Supply Fees are due by July 1st

Tuition payments can be paid annually (with a 2% discount) or monthly from

August - May

Do you offer sibling discounts?

We will offer sibling discounts! Please contact us for more information!

When are the fees due?

The registration fee and a signed tuition contract are due upon enrollment. Supply Fee is due July 1st for the upcoming school year.  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 15th of each month beginning in August. The registration and supply fees are non-refundable.

What are my payment options?

Annual tuition may be paid in one annual payment with a 2% discount or in monthly payments on the 15th of each month starting on August 15th.

If you are enrolled with a charter, the charter will be billed starting in September. Charter school families are still responsible for the first payment in August.

What if my child starts after the beginning of the school year?

If your child enters the program after the beginning of the year, we will prorate your supply fee.

Monthly payments do not change based upon your date of enrollment. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable and payable in full for each student regardless of his/her date of entry into the school.

Is tuition assistance available?

At this time we do not offer any tuition assistance. We are working on grants and scholarships to offer families but we will not know if we have received these until June/July.

Please contact us to schedule a meeting to discuss these options.

Do I have any obligations beyond tuition?

We are only as strong as our parent body. Your volunteer participation through community meetings, festivals and other school activities is vital to the health of our school. Our  families will be asked to volunteer regularly in various capacities and for a minimum of 20-40 hours (depending upon family's type of enrollment).
