Each ticket included a lovely selection of drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and a three course meal accompanied by live music at a beautiful private estate in Fallbrook.
The evening began at 5pm and
the Silent Auction closed at 8:30pm

OVEN ROASTED HALF CHICKEN
Organic Half Chicken, Oven Roasted,
Finely Milled Polenta, Squash Succotash,
with White Wine Pan Sauce
Their wonderful music entertained us all evening
Their tray passed hor'deurves and first course salad were so very tasty!
Their medley of desserts were a lovely way to end our meal
