MINDFULNESS CAMP

with Ms. Judy

(Ages 8 - 13 years)

We will explore more deeply the benefits of learning and practicing Mindfulness. Using various breathing techniques, yoga, sacred talking circles, art, nature and our 5 Senses, we will experience the art of “being in the moment”. Studies show that early practice and incorporation of mindful living assist children and teenagers in living at a higher level of emotional regulation and stress regulation. Students are welcome to attend Mindfulness camp more than once.
