 We look to our Learning Coaches to work with the lead teacher to help guide students down their educational path. 


Our Learning Coaches will need to help plan and implement a program of study designed to meet the developmental needs of students and encourage their enthusiasm for learning.


Our Learning Coaches need to have excellent interpersonal skills and a desire for warm collegiality with educational peers. We need professionals with a passion for co-creating, collaboration, and teamwork. We are looking for individuals who possess a strong sense of personal accountability, a positive attitude, and exceptional communication skills. Along with these characteristics, we would love someone who can foster warm relationships with families and children.


QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree

Current TB test results

CPR certified

**Candidates with experience and/or knowledge with teaching Waldorf will be given preference**


START DATE

August 2020


COMPENSATION

We offer an hourly rate of $16 for a 28 hour work week 

(Monday - Thursday). 

Paid professional development opportunities are also offered.

Book Keeper

 Our book keeper is responsible for invoicing and tracking payments regarding tuition, fees, use of before/extended care, charter schools, and other miscellaneous charges using QuickBooks accounting software, Microsoft Excel, Apple Sheets, and GoogleDrive. 


In addition, our book keeper will maintain the Accounts Payable, receive all payments due, record them and make bank deposits. 


The bookkeeper will also track required Volunteer Hours and participation in Fundraising. 


The bookkeeper will also assist the Director in preparing the budget, reports to the Friends of Willow Tree board and other reports as requested. The bookkeeper may also be asked to occasionally assist the office clerk with front office responsibilities.


QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of an AA in Accounting or Business Administration

Minimum of 2 years of administrative school work experience, preferably in a private school

Proficiency in Quickbooks, Word, Excel, Pages, Numbers, and Google Doc/Sheets

Excellent and effective communication skills while speaking, reading, and writing

Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills (can work independently and in a team setting)

Flexibility and calmness to handle a stressful and changing daily work environment in order to accomplish short and long term assignments

Ongoing training required for all systems including webinars, conference calls, live classes/conferences

Interest/Knowledge of Waldorf Education


START DATE

May 2020


COMPENSATION

We offer an hourly rate of $20 - 25 for a 28 hour (part-time) workweek. 

Our work week is Monday - Thursday.
